I'm Ata-azuzu Ann ojoma, a 26 years old nigerian with intellectuals and passion in the medical field, I have my Bachelor degree in MICROBIOLOGY from Salem University lokoja Nigeria and my postgraduate degree in PUBLIC HEALTH from University of debrecen Hungary. I am passionate about healthy living and equity in health amongst every individual living today. I want to be among the policy makers in health, strive and make the world a better place to exist in. Being the first child I have grown with the mindset of "Responsibilities" and this has even made my passion serious because I feel its my responsibility to use the knowledge I have acquired throughout my studies to impact my life and that of the world at large.
Microbiology is the study of microbes ie organisms that cannot be seen with the naked eyes only with an electronic microscope, the study broadens to their life cycle, the diseases and harm they cause to humans as well as the environment, their economic importance, their diagnosis, prevention and cure. Knowing that microbes are ubiquitous it is important to study and know their various features as they cannot be totally avoided
Public health strives for equity in health for everyone whether you are poor, rich or belong to the middle class, it deals with the prevention, protection and promotion of one's health, it considers every works of life making it a very broad and important field of study. If there is no equity then it is not PUBLIC HEALTH
