I am a graduate of university of Benin,in Nigeria.i have worked with diamond bank for 9years before its merger with one of the biggest bank in Africa (ACCESS BANK) where I’m currently the branch manager.I’m a dedicated staff that like learning each day and can work under any conditions
I see to the day to day activities of the branch making sure all transactions are done according to the banks policy,there by avoiding sanctions from the regulatory body.
1. Review of accounts package to ensure all accounts are opened with complete documentation.
2.insuance and activation of debit cards.
3.overseeing the activities of the tellers
4.Attending to customers complains and resolutions
5.balancing of the general ledger
6.ATM monitoring and reconciliations
