I work in the Administrative & Technical Unit in the Human Resource Department of the Hospital. The Unit deals over 3000 employees of different cadres such as Medical Laboratory Scientists, Physiotherapists, Accountants, Radiographers, Engineers and more. I process  requests such as study leave, leave of absence,re-designation and more. i also institute disciplinary actions against erring staff and recommend appropriate punitive measures to the Management. I also convey Management's decisions to employees accurately and timely.
