• Provided office support to the Manager working on preparation of sales reports and optimized processes of allocating duties to employees. • Efficiently managed inventory, maintained procedures/administrative system thereby reducing company expenditures. • Ensured a consistent standard of customer service. • Assisted customers whenever necessary. • Worked closely with the store manager to lead staff. • Resolved customer issues to their overall satisfaction
• Escalated external alarms to field support engineers and standard fault tracking procedures through trouble ticket creation and updated resolution activities, to minimize down-time. • Ensured proper follow up to minimize down-time. • Prepared reports and documentation of the fault resolution procedures and actions carried out to resolve the fault. • Coordinated all faults resolution activities ranging from field support to faulty unit replacement to ensure speedy fault resolution. • Sent the reports generated to the management for proper documentation. • Mediated between field engineer and the back office engineer. • Reconciled daily with collo vendors (IHS, HTN, MTN, and ATC). • Prepared daily and monthly report of reconciled outages.
• I was involved in the production of fasteners majorly nails using the appropriate machine and equipment. • I was involved in maintenance works on metal materials such as shafts and flanges using various machines such as drilling, milling, lathe machine. • Supported during single-stage overhauling/maintenance of pumps by taking and recording clearance data using measuring devices such as feeler gauges, bore gauges, Vernier callipers and micrometre. • I was involved in machinery lubrication and lubricants handling. • I worked on casting of an insulated gang switch.
