An opportunity to add even more value couldn't present itself better, when I was moved to customer service. Delighting people has always been my thing, so It was a perfect ground to learn and grow.
Training others became a responsibility and thus self development both on and off the job inevitable.
I was equally opportuned to co-develope a musical website that taught music online for free till it was sold in 2018.
