About me

I am a man aged 40 and married. Iam a holder of a National Certificate in Electrical Power Engineering from theHarare Polytechnic; I have done Apprenticeship training in the field of ElectricalPower Engineering.  I am also a holder ofa Certificate in Projects Management from the University of Zimbabwe, I havealso obtained Executive certificate in projects and programs monitoring andevaluation and also a holder of a Master of Commerce Degree in businessAdministration obtained from the Great Zimbabwe University. I am also a holderof Executive Development Program certificate obtained from the University ofZimbabwe. I have also done a supervisory development program. I have also beenawarded a customer service certificate from Zimhost. Interms of safety, I didfire training and obtained fire technician certificate with the City of HarareFire brigade division covering the prevention, causes and extinguishing. Additionalto that I have done online trainings with the intercontinental hotels that isIntroduction to Risk Management for safe Hotels and Communicating for action 1-Engaging your team. I have also done grooming and etiquette.

I joined intercontinental hotelsgroup in 2006 and passed several quality evaluation audits. I have handledsuccessful projects like the installation of our current generator, replacementof hotel pipework, refurbishment of the hotel rooms, rebranding of the hotel,exterior painting of the nine story hotel and many more. I also worked as anacting General Manager for the Hotel. Customer relations and quality servicedelivery became a main area of focus in my curriculum.
