About me

I am an enthusiastic classroom assistant working with a special need teacher and overtime, i have acquired  skills ranging from, Individualise Educational Plan expertise, Behavior Redirection, Special Needs Understanding, Classroom Organisation, Daily Lesson Assistance, Skills Practice, Learning Techniques etc. Aside having over 4years experience,  i have also received trainings in Basic Life Support (CPR,AED AND BLEEDING),trainings on Understanding Learning Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder. So i have the requisite and hands-on experience and training required for the job of childcare/ classroom assistant. I have also honed the skill of reassuring parents who may not have the knowledge or skill to manage their ward at home or other social environment . I clearly understand and communicate perfectly well in English. I have passion in working with  Children and Adolescents  with special needs and early childhood education. I have  come to appreciate the feeling i get knowing that children feel happy and safe because of the care and attention they receive from me. I hope to bring the same passion and compassion , knowledge and experience  to your organisation. I also look forward to gaining from the advancement and developmental trainings i will be exposed to and build on the experiences I already have.
