My responsibilities have included resolving customer issues through inbound and outbound calls, achieving revenue targets, assisting in office administration, event organisation and management, customer support and training, lecturing community health extension workers
I am also the lead pioneer of PAM'S ONLINE BOOK CLUB, a member of YALI and a Volunteer at SALT and KOFA foundation.
