Receive and verify loan payments and utility bill payments
Record all transactions promptly,accurately and in compliance with banks procedures
Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings account and other banks related products.
Serves as a bridge between the infotech department and system users bank wide
Manages and supports all bank application programmes
Granting systems access right and privilege to users bank wide as per workflow request
